Woo Hoo! Another successful week! Down 2 more pounds for a total of 14 lbs (or 1 stone as the Brits say) lost! And another successful day of avoiding the snack table, aka the bane of my existance.
Today was a carbon copy of yesterday (and probably the past 3 if the truth were known). Porridge for breakfast, salad with shrimp and fat-free Catalina dressing, yogurt and raspberries and my chicken/stuffing/
steamed veggies for dinner. (I'm sorry to see the last of that; I'll probably do it again soon.) I also had my 3 liters of water, a cup of black coffee and a skinny latte this afternoon; the latte being the only deviation. Since I don't add any sugar or syrups, I just count it as part of my pint of milk and don't worry about it.
I need to make sure I have everything I need for my Leek and Sun-dried Tomato Frittata for breakfast in the morning, then it's stretches, a few chapters in my book and bedtime. It's drizzling a bit right now but hopefully this will go away so I can ride my new bicycle tomorrow.
