17 Oct '10

It's the end of week 3 and overall, I think it's been a success, so far.  All the usual suspects for meals today:  Porridge for breakfast, salad for lunch, yogurt and raspberries as a late afternoon snack and dinner of baked chicken breast, stovetop stuffing and steamed veggies.  3 liters of water and 1 cup of coffee.  Nothing much on TV tonight so I'm heading to bed early since I haven't been getting a lot of sleep this set. 

3 weeks of ignoring the snack table, which must be some kind of record!  Louie even had a nice hunk of Cheddar cheese there today and I stayed away.

Tomorrow is the start of week 4 and my 4th weigh-in and I'm really looking forward to it!  I have such a sad life ;-)  I need to get up early enough tomorrow morning that I can weigh and log in before work...
