This is the last shift before break! Yippee! I had porridge, 4 hot wings (= 2 chickn wings, so not all that bad), 3 chips with queso (I meant to only have 1 but I was weak :-) ), some veggies (most of a red pepper and some cucumber slices) dipped in queso, raspberries and a pot of yogurt. Maybe not the best choices, but I'm not hungry either, so I'm calling it a success.
I'm going to do my stretches, then it's off to acupuncture and a doctor's appointment. I'll sleep a bit after about 11 or so and then I'm on break. Lots to do in the next 4 days, including getting my new bike and taking a basic breadmaking class. I'm looking forward to a productive but relaxing break.
