Second of 4 day shifts--and another successful day. Started off with porridge, then a salad for lunch. I baked a Pumpkin Spice Cake with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting last night to take into work today and had a small sliver. It was fantastic, but I didn't go back for more. Yay, me! I had my yogurt and raspberries near shift change and had my left-overs for dinner when I got home.
I ran out to Sainsbury's and got raspberries for tomorrow and Monday, sun-dried tomatoes for my frittata on Tuesday and filters for the water pitcher. It's almost 8:30 pm and it's bedtime!
