It's very foggy outside! Thursday was a good day; slept all day, then stuck to The Plan all night. Another successful day of avoiding the snack table too, so life is good. Had porridge for breakfast, a shrimp salad for lunch, yogurt and raspberries (I think the season is just about over--they're not keeping long) for a snack and left-over pan-seared steak, noodles and steamed veggies for dinner.
It's bed time, right after I stretch. I'm finally beginning to think my should might be on the road to recovery, which is a plus! I have more and more time when I don't even notice it--which is a huge improvement over constant pain :-) Whatever it was I did, I hope I don't do it again.
